TEKRiSQ INC is a Ponte Vedra, Florida based Delaware Corporation founded in 2021.  TEKRiSQ’s software platform and processes help small and medium sized businesses to diagnose exposure to technology risk, and easily adopt actionable risk management practices in a simple and affordable manner.  TEKRiSQ sells Risk Assessment Products, SaaS subscriptions, products, and services directly to business customers through a network of trusted advisors.

About the Role

Regional Sales Director communicates the value proposition of TEKRiSQ’s platform and processes to insurance companies, law firms, accounting & business consulting firms.

Success as a Sales Director requires an understanding of the challenges faced by small and medium sized businesses and the security vocabulary of subject matter experts. Additionally, the ideal candidate will understand key cybersecurity drivers within the insurance market and the issues faced by insurance leaders  today.. Experience addressing client solutions through the sale of security products to midsize enterprise organizations along with tenacity, inherent drive aligns well with the potential to make an impact on our team.

Sales Directors work on a dynamic, high volume, high expectations team under the direction of our Founders. In addition to the upside opportunities associated with securing new business, Regional Sales Directors will be part of a rapidly growing business.

This role will be a remote role based within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospecting, Forecasting and closing sales.
  • Regular travel to face to face client meetings.
  • Creating and defining sales strategy, process, and tactics.
  • Provide client feedback back to the team on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of strong experience as a quota carrying sales representative.
  • Experience selling security related solutions is a plus.
  • Experience selling into insurance underwriters and owners   is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully engage potential clients in active conversation about security solutions.
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, selling goals, and achieving success.
  • Self-Motivation and ability to Maintain High Activity levels to achieve targets

About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key member of the leadership team responsible for helping fine-tune strategy, tactics, and business goals to push the company forward.  This role will be hands-on in the IT/Development side of the company, helping to further develop the product and strategy through many stages of growth in  the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing technical feasibility
  • Architecture design & implementation
  • Infrastructure design & implementation
  • Infrastructure Management
  • Product Security design & implementation
  • Building a coding “can do” culture
  • Developing product vision
  • Launching new product lines
  • Identify, develop, and build a competitive vision
  • Serve as Technical Sales and Marketing Ambassador

Additional Responsibilities

  • Developing and fine-tuning our strategy for using our tech resources.
  • Focusing on ways the backend team can increase product revenue.
  • Developing and implementing product infrastructure.
  • Evaluating the feasibility of ecosystem partners for bundled sales

The CTO must be well-versed in startup culture, and be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and do the heavy lifting to expand our products and services.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to CTO and manages the development team
  • Work closely with the rest of the team includes sales, product management, and clients to keep the platform  in line with the company’s strategy.
  • Take company vision, translate into an architecture and plan with workstreams.
  • Support dev ops development and implementation model.
  • Full end to end responsibility of deliverables and schedules.  Ensure the tech team is hitting deadlines, and using their time productively and efficiently.
  • Hands-on role to assist and drive development and implementation.

About the Role

The software developer will report to  the VP of Software Engineering to implement the vision and tactics into the client experience desired for the TEKRiSQ platform

Key Responsibilities

  • Willing to problem solve and do what it takes to get the product released on time.
  • Code, design, test, and debug software
  • Consistently ship small features and improvements to our platform.
  • Help plan sprints.
  • User experience design and implementation
  • Backend design, development, and implementation
  • Workflow and automation design, development, and implementation.
  • Front end User Interface design and implementation
  • Work closely with the rest of the team including sales, product management, CTO, and clients to keep the product in line with the company’s strategy.
  • Create and present ideas for improvements to the software and systems.
  • Product verification and testing
